Hi guys! Today I’ll be reviewing the Missha Signature Velvet Art Shadow palette in #7 Lilac Combination which can be purchased here.

I've tried 2 Missha BB creams before but never anything else from their line so I decided to try out their eyeshadow palette! In their Signature Velvet Art Shadow collection, there are quite a lot of shades/colors for you to choose from. Since Spring is just around the corner and I am so done with Winter...I decided to go with colors that are perfect for the upcoming season.

Anyways the palette comes in this box like this. So pretty! Looks luxurious as usual with the Missha packaging.

Here's the back of the box which tells you the shade number as well as claims and ingredients. Here's what the claim says:

  • High adherence by unique Most-Velvet Texture

Containing deeply moisturizing Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Caviar, and Olive Oil, it applies softly like velvet and minute particles adhere evenly for long-lasting benefit.

  • Dazzling luster of pure crystal pearl powder

Containting minute pearl powder sparkling at any angle, it provides your eyes with pure and elegant luster.

  • Natural and elegant harmony of 4 color combination

By sensible setting of highlighter, base, point, and liner color, you can create a natural makeup of harmonious color.

And here is the beautiful palette! This is now my favorite eyeshadow palette packaging. Like can we just take a few minutes to appreciate how luxurious this looks...Holy crap.

The palette comes with a button as the method for opening. Just press it and the palette shall open.

And the final reveal...the pretty colors! Isn't it just perfect for the Spring time? I'm sure I'll be wearing this palette most of the time, hehe.

Let's take a closer look at the eyeshadows.

My final thoughts on this palette:

  • Texture of these eyeshadows are velvety as described
  • Overall shimmery palette
  • Pigmentation isn't strong on its own-- highly recommend use with a primer
  • Colors work extremely well together
  • Easy to blend
  • Small and compact palette -- easy to travel with
  • Luxurious packaging

Would I recommend this palette?

I would if you're into soft eyeshadow colors. The color scheme of this palette is extremely pretty and like I said, perfect for the upcoming Spring. If you're a packaging lover person, this is also for you. If you travel a lot and like convenient small palettes to take on the go, this is also for you. However, if you're the type to like EXTREMELY pigmented eyeshadows that you can use without a base or primer, then I'd say to pass on this.

Thank you guys as always for reading!
