Review: Etude House Color in Liquid Lips (OR205 & PK008)

Hey guys! Today's review is going to be on the Etude House Color in Liquid Lips! I have two shades to share with you guys today, so let's get started.

So unlike the Color Lips-fit that Etude House launched about a year ago, this new Color in Liquid Lips is a glossy finish! If you guys know me, you'd know that I prefer glossy lips over matte. (With some exceptions of course). I was super pumped when I found out Etude House is coming out with this product.

This product's claim is "Color in Liquid Lips fills the lips with a light and smooth texture that slides onto lips for vivid color and a transparent shine."

As usual, Etude House always have the cutest packaging. I know I say this overtime but seriously. This packaging is so fun and colorful. I love it so much.

How creative of them to design their UPC in a lip shape! For real, everything is so on fleek.

The shade names are on top of the packaging.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with the Dior Addict Fluid Sticks but the packaging seriously reminds me of them. It will be so good to store them out on your vanity hehe.

Here's what the product looks like when you unscrew the applicator/top off.

The product is in a tear drop kind of wand which makes it really easy and precise to apply onto your lips.

Keep in mind that it's also slanted! Perks.

Now we're going to do swatches.

First up is OR205. It's a fun, wearable orange shade.  Again if you know me, you'd know that I love corals/orangey lipsticks. They just look so flattering in my skin tone.

Next up is PK008. It's a bright pinky fuchsia shade. It's a great pop of color to your face. If you're feeling quite dull, this is an immediate pick me up.

Now review time!

I absolutely love the packaging. Box and actual product. They are super fun and cute-- idk they just scream "Summer" to me!  My favorite packaging for lipstick from Etude House.

I love the formula on these. They are a glossy finish so I'm super stoked. They apply very smoothly and evenly due to the slanted tear drop applicator.

If you have dry, chapped lips--these are VERY forgiving on you. If you guys didn't like how the Color Lips-fit accentuated your flaky dry lips, these do not do that.  My lips were pretty dry and somewhat flaky before applying these products and I was scared that my lips would look like a disaster. Surprisingly, my lips look glossy and plumped.

They have tons of different colors to choose from. They have a total of 20 shades, so there's bound to have a color that suits your taste.

So all in all, I am in love with the Color in Liquid Lips from Etude House! I'm definitely going to check some of the other colors in this line. (Even though I really shouldn't because my lipstick drawer is over flowing...smh)

Review: 3 Concept Eyes Creamy Compact Foundation

Hello guys! I have a review for you guys today. This is going to be on the 3 Concept Eyes Creamy Compact Foundation in Medium Beige. This product can be purchased here.

So the packaging comes in this bright hot pink shade. It is part of 3CE's pink line.

This product comes in 2 shades, Light Beige and Medium Beige.
I got mine in the shade Medium Beige and it's a good match for MAC NC20.

This product looks exactly like your typical BB/CC Cushion products! Except it's a foundation.

So just like the cushion products, it comes with a cushion air puff. I don't normally use applicators that comes in my makeup products, but it's nice to have if you're on the go touching up.

There's a separator just that prevents the product from drying up easily/keep the air cushion clean.

So this is what the product looks like. Ah, it looks so nice. But once you use it, it looks...not pretty as this. Oh well.

Here's a swatch of the product on my arm.

So here is my face without anything on. As you can see, my natural face has a bit of redness going on in my cheeks. However, my skin is pretty good on it's own.

So here I'm showing you guys the steps to applying it. I basically took my finger and swiped a few swipes on my face and using it with a beauty blender to blend it out. On my left side, I used a Sigma Foundation brush for comparison of application.

So in this picture, I have one side of my face with foundation on. Can you tell which one?
(My right, your left).

Now here's the other side with the foundation on.

Now this is with the rest of my makeup on.

So now for the actual review/my thoughts on it. This product is very creamy. When I placed my finger to apply it to my face, oh my gosh...it definitely deserves the "creamy" part in its name.

This product is easy to blend out if you work with it immediately. Do not wait to blend it out because it'll be hard-- the product sets fast so be careful. Work with one side first.

This is a very natural looking finish. It looks like your skin, except better. As you can see, it's a dewy finish! I look healthier with it on hehe.

If you find that this product has not enough coverage for your liking, don't worry. You can definitely build it up. Some foundations end up looking like a disaster once you've applied a second layer but this one doesn't.

As you can see with my positive perks, obviously I like this product! I haven't tried a cream foundation in a long long long time so I definitely enjoyed this!

Thanks for reading and have a great day guys !
