Review: Dolly Wink Eyeshadow Quad/Palette in 01 Brown

Hello my lovely people~  Today's review is on Dolly Wink Eyeshadow quad in 01 Brown which can be purchased here. I've heard a lot of raves on this little cute quad from many bloggers so I decided to give it a go since I really enjoyed the Dolly Wink eyeliner.

By the way, there are a couple shades to choose from in the Dolly Wink eyeshadow collection. Again, this is the first shade-- the most neutral, for everyday use.

Packaging comes in this brown cardboard with floral prints, as well as Tsubasa Masuwaka's face.

 The back of the packing is in all in Japanese, which obviously is a bummer to those of us that cannot read Japanese. However, this is a little pictorial which suggests you where to put which color at what part of your eye. Obviously, you can mix to your liking but it's good for newbies to have an idea ^__^

So here is the actual palette! It's a lot smaller than I thought it'd be, to be honest. Fairly cute packaging, has a heart design on it. But it's not OVERLY cute where I swoon though.

Here's what the colors look like. Since it is a quad, there are 4 shadows.

Here's a close look at the shadows. There are no matte shade(s) so if you're looking for that, sorry. You won't find that here. Though these colors aren't extremely shimmery either. It's more of a satin finish.

Here are swatches of the shades. I was really impressed with how creamy these are. Wasn't chalky but rather really soft to the touch. I would say the third shade is the most pigmented (coppery bronze color). I was surprised because you would imagine the darkest shade to have the most pigment, but apparently not! 

These shades were really easy to blend out as well so I think it's a great buy!

Another good thing is that since it is so small, it'll be really easy to stick into your makeup bag/purse for when you're traveling or on the go :)

Review: 3 Concept Eyes Lip Lacquer in Desert Flower

Hi guys! I have a review for you all today. This review will be on the 3CE Lip Lacquer in Desert Flower which can be purchased here.

I own another lacquer (Super Coral) from them so I know what the texture/pigmentation is like. 3CE Lip Lacquers are very creamy and the pigmentation is out of this world. One swipe is literally all you need to have a bold lip.

You can find the name of the shade on the bottom of the box as well as on the actual tube.

Here's what the actual product looks like. 

Packaging is super sleek as usual to 3CE's products. 

The applicator is slanted which makes it easy to apply on to your lips. 

By the way guys, this color will look fabulous during the Autumn season because it's a dark vampy shade.

So here's my overall thoughts; I would say if you aren't a careful person when applying your lip color, I suggest you to purchase a similar color lipliner and line your lips before hand. That way you'll have a perfected lip. Because really, this product is SUPER pigmented and being so pigmented, it can be a bit tricky to apply. I love love love this color and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vampy purple color. Since this is my second lip lacquer from 3CE, I recommend and like it of course. So if you had a color in mind, I would say go for it!
